Cancellations or exchanges of product are accepted only within 30 minutes of placing an order. Occassionally, we may accept a cancellation or exchange request if the order has not yet shipped. Such acceptance is a our discretion, and we urge you to contact us by email as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to any order. Cancellations and exchanges are not accepted once the product has left our facilities.

Our only requirement is that you have ordered in good faith and give us an opportunity to resolve your issue. If you are not happy, and we can not make you happy, we will refund your money.
We may ask you to return the unused portion of the product. We will generally require this in cases where you identify that the product was not as described, that it was not effective, or that you do not like the product. In these cases, we generally will want to test the product in our lab to determine whether there was anything wrong or unusual about the batch you were given. Please use the form on our website to request an RMA for a product return. Returns should be made via international first class registered mail with tracking.
